"Get Fit and Stick With It" Trix Stix Workshop - 25-60 minutes per session -

I start off with a physically engaging warm up where each student is up and moving

their feet. Next, I present a short showcase of the Trix Stix. Following the introduction,

I will bring in enough pairs of Trix Stix for each student and they will get to choose which

design or pair of Trix Stix to use. Next, I show them how to use, do tricks and

play with the Trix Stix in an interactive and physically engaging demo where everyone

is up and using a pair of Trix Stix. They will also learn activities with cooperation as

they will work with a partner. I can run multiple sessions with at most 70 students at

a time. Extra charges for more than 70 students at once. Half and Full Day workshops

are perfect for schools.

Get Fit and "Stick With It" Trix Stix Making Workshop - 60-90 minutes - I start

off with a physically engaging warm up where each student is up and moving their

feet. Next, I present a short showcase of the Trix Stix. Following the introduction,

I will bring in enough supplies and each student will get to use their imagination

and create and customize their own pair of Practice Trix Stix. Each student will get

to take home their very own pair of Practice Trix Stix that they created! Next, I show

them how to use, take care, and do tricks with their newly made Trix Stix in an

interactive and physically engaging demo where everyone is up and using their own

pair of Trix Stix. They will also learn activities where they work with a partner. The base

cost for the workshop varies depending on the event and number of students. The

supply price for materials is 13 dollars per student. (They will be taking home their

own pair of Practice Trix Stix.)
